What Our Clients Are Saying
Real experiences from those who trust Daniel Professional Services.
One of the top five company commanders in my entire brigade. CPT Daniel consistently leads his battalion efforts and is consistently in the top third of my companies. He embodies the leadership and characteristics that I would like to see in every company commander. He has improved his use of combat multipliers to one of the higher percentages in the brigade, 15%. He treats his DEPs like Soldiers and therefore, his DEP loss rate is only 15%. His work with the committed Soldiers of his company has led to multiple mission box successes this year. Already selected for MAJ, CPT Daniel has clear potential to serve at the 06 level. A must for CGSOC immediately, he has the characteristics in abundance to succeed in battalion command.

This officer ranks in the top 2% of all company grade officers that I have ever rated. CPT Daniel's accomplishments during this rated period have been nothing less than phenomenal. Through innovative reengineering, he consolidated his unit PAC with in and out processing and the front desk operations, which resulted in a savings of four military directed overstrength positions. Other efficiencies gleamed from his effort were the reduction of records processing from 60 to 7 days, improved records accountability, and quality assurance. His initiative to dual-hat the Platoon Sergeants as bus drivers will save this installation $30,000 annually, and the erection of a DEMI advertising marketing board with a courtesy phone last October has yielded the installation $5,000 earnings to date for the Installation Morale and Welfare Recreation Fund WR Yas initiative reduced a soldier's outroessing requirements from 26 agencies to 2: a truly remarkab accomplishment. It was these innovative reengineering achievements that were recognized by the Army Communities of Excellence and the III Corps Command Inspection. CPT Daniel has done a magnificent job in balancing the daily technical mission with maintaining individual soldier readiness. In training, he consistently ensured 100% weapons qualification, 100% CTT certification, and maintained a detachment APFT average of 252. The Replacement Detachment, under CPT Daniel's leadership, are the pacesetters for the battalion. They have always been at the forefront when it comes to Army Emergency Relief, Combined Federal Campaign, reenlistment, food basket donations, recycling, etc. The detachment truly lives up to its motto "Caring Starts Here." CPT Daniel has always exceeded my highest expectations. Selection below the zone is a must. He will make an absolutely outstanding Battalion Commander.
